This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Satura Space collects, why, and your choices. It applies to the website and the desktop application.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, and authentication details (password hash, or a Google sign-in identifier if you use Google).
- Subscription data: your plan status and entitlement. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we receive confirmation of your subscription and its status, but we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Usage & diagnostics:limited, anonymized error and telemetry data to keep the app reliable. We scrub project details and identifiers; see "Error monitoring" below.
- Download & version events: records of app downloads and version launches tied to your account, to operate updates and support.
2. How we use data
- to provide, maintain, and secure the Service and your account;
- to manage your subscription and entitlement;
- to send transactional email (verification, password reset, and service notices);
- to diagnose errors and improve reliability;
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Service providers we share data with
We use a small number of processors, each only for the purpose described:
- Payment provider (merchant of record): processes payments and taxes for your subscription.
- Google: optional Google sign-in (OAuth).
- Resend: delivery of transactional email.
- Sentry: anonymized error monitoring.
- Our hosting infrastructure: to run the website, database, and release servers.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Error monitoring
Our diagnostics capture errors to help us fix them. Telemetry is minimized and anonymized — for example we associate errors with your email only where needed for support, and we scrub project paths and content. Unity player logs may be included as breadcrumbs to reproduce issues.
5. Cookies
The website uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use advertising cookies.
6. Data retention
We keep account and subscription data while your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations. You can request deletion of your account anytime by emailing [email protected]; some records may be retained where the law requires.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You can also update sign-in methods and manage your account from your Account page.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and hashed credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
